Saniel Gandesha
After I completed a Bachelor in Science Degree in Biomedical Sciences at Kings College London I moved to Birmingham to
complete my training as a Dental Surgeon from the University of Birmingham.
After graduation, I joined College Road Dental Practice with an aim to provide quality, ethical, and patient-focused dentistry. I have always had a particular interest in spending time with
those patients who suffer from dental anxiety and showing them that the world of dentistry has truly changed for the better.
My family calls me the ‘eternal student’. I feel it is very important to invest in Post-graduate education so that you can always provide the very best for your patients. I have attended and completed numerous private courses over the years but in particular I have completed two Diplomas. One from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2012 and one in 2019 from The University of Birmingham in Advanced General Dental Practice.
I have a particular interest in Aesthetic Dentistry. I love to help my patients feel comfortable about their smile by providing various cosmetic treatments such as braces, whitening, and bonding. I also offer various skin enhancement treatments to help target lines and wrinkles. I am currently enrolled on a Royal Colleges of Surgeons accredited course in Implants and will be providing this service at College Road very soon.

Fiona Fleming
Fiona graduated from Leeds University in 1991. After completing her initial work in practice in the West Yorkshire area, she relocated to the Worcestershire area with her partner in 1994.
Since then they have lived and worked in the area. Fiona has worked in practices in Bromsgrove and Kidderminster since 1994. Working at a variety of different types of practices has given Fiona broad experience in all areas of general dentistry.
She enjoys all aspects of aesthetic dentistry and smile design and has completed an extensive raft of training in contemporary restorative and cosmetic dentistry including completing two, year-long courses on restorative and aesthetic dentistry in 2008 and 2009.
This has been reinforced with regular attendance on courses and conferences, keeping up-to-date with all the latest treatment approaches and a wealth of experience in practice. Fiona has become very interested in occlusion, tooth-wear and the impact that tooth position can
have on the temporomandibular joint. This can in turn cause headaches and clicks and/or pain in the TMJs.
She has completed both the core and advanced curricula at the prestigious Dawson Academy.

Hardeep Hundal
I completed my training as a Dentist in 2018 and immediately went on to undertake Foundation Training, where I was honoured with an award for my work in the same year. Since then, I’ve been proud to call College Road Dental Practice my professional home, providing patient-focused care since my time here from 2019.
My approach to dentistry is centred around high-level precision and building long-term relationships with my patients. I’m passionate about making every patient feel relaxed, understood, and well cared for. I’m especially known for my warm, friendly manner and gentle approach — qualities that have helped me earn the trust of even the most nervous patients. Supporting anxious patients through their treatment and helping them regain confidence in visiting the dentist is something I find incredibly rewarding.
Over the years, I’ve built a large and loyal list of regular recall patients, many of whom I’ve been seeing since I first joined the practice. I take great pride in the time I spend with each patient, ensuring they feel heard and fully informed at every stage of their care.
While I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry, my special interest lies in Endodontics, taking on referrals for root canal treatments. I’ve undertaken numerous advanced training courses to continually raise the standard of care I provide, and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s postgraduate degree in Endodontics to further enhance my expertise in this field.
Outside the clinic, I love travelling and discovering new cities and cultures with my wife, going to gym, socialising with friends and family, watching cricket, and creating music.

Since then I have trained on Harley Street in facial aesthetics to provide natural-looking enhancements through anti wrinkle and filler treatment. This is a keen interest of mine and I look forward to providing these at College Road. I am also a qualified Invisalign provider and am currently completing a certificate in ‘Advanced Operative Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry.’
I understand dental visits can be daunting so my aim is to deliver the best treatments for my patients in a friendly and approachable manner – leaving them both healthy and happy.
